Our Eucalyptus honey is extracted from mature capped combs. Liquid Honey will become crystallised during storage, but its nutritional value remains the same. We do not feed sugar to our bees.

Our honey is from the coastal NSW bush rich in Eucalyptus, Manuka and Tea Tree in Millfield, and Awaba. It is raw honey from capped super via cold extraction. It is in liquid, crystallised or creamed forms. The raw honey retains pollen, bee wax and propolis beneficial to human health.
Creamy Honey is a crystallised raw honey. Creamy Ginger Honey is raw honey mixed with fresh dried ginger (1%).
