Our Honey
Eureka Honey® (Liquid medium) is a Second prize winner in St Ives Show 2024
First prizes for liquid honey, candied honey classes and the final Champion in the Parramatta Amateur Beekeepers association May 2022.
Our honey are all extracted from mature capped combs. It is normal in crystallised or cream form, and we do not feed sugar syrup to our bees.

Australia is an ideal environment for bees due to its natural eucalyptus forests and flowers. It is the only continent free of varroa mites. We do not feed sugars to our bees, and harvest full box of capped Winter honey in Sydney in August!
Honey has a variety of health and therapeutic benefits. It enhances the body’s immune system, and it is antioxidant, tonic, moisturizing, pain relief, detoxification, antibacterial. It can be used for dry abdominal pain, dry lung cough, intestinal constipation, chronic pharyngitis, sores and fire burns. The yellow box honey is low in glycemic index, so it is a perfect choice for diabetics. 15-30g at a time. Infants under one year old should not eat honey.
